At Yawn Brew, we want you to love every sip, but if your coffee or tea selection isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we cannot accept returns on opened bags unless there is a quality defect.

Return Process

  Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our central roasting facility address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
